Aloha Organizers – A Hui Hou

A Letter to Oahu, June 2023

A Hui Hou from Aloha Organizers

It was Thanksgiving Day 2008 when I got my first response to a Craigslist ad (yes, Craigslist 😉) for home organizing services…that inquiry turned into my first organizing appointment in downtown Honolulu on December 5, 2008. That client ultimately became a very dear friend that I am still in contact with today.

It’s been a wonderful and wild ride these last 14+ years…

I have had the distinct honor of walking with people through their organizational challenges and projects…

…assisting adult children going through the belongings of their deceased loved ones

…helping newly married couples settle into their new shared space

…helping newly divorced individuals navigate their new living circumstances

…helping entrepreneurs create home office setups that supported them and their growing businesses

…helping military families settle into the islands or prepare to move on

….and so many other special people in need of assistance.

Inviting a professional organizer into your home can be a scary thing…you might be embarrassed or afraid of being judged. Almost always you are overwhelmed.

And yet you trusted me and my fellow organizers to be by your side and assist you with this process. That is a precious gift I will always cherish.

While the time has come for me to pursue different dreams, I want to thank you for your business, your support, and frankly, your love, over the years. The kindness that the Oahu community has extended to us will not be forgotten.

I will also never forget those who worked for Aloha Organizers over the years, putting their hearts, souls, and sweat into the job. What an amazing group of people that came alongside me. Thank you, AO Team.

If you are need of organizing services, feel free to text/call me at 808-347-4747 or email me and I will get you connected with trusted organizers on the island.

With gratitude,
Nancy Nino
